The founder, Krista Frederic, MPT, OCS was committed not only to providing treatments that were effective, efficient and supported by evidence and years of experience, but to creating a patient experience that exceeded expectations at every turn. She believes that a relaxed, comfortable patient is more receptive to healing, resulting in better outcomes and long-term health improvements.

Janelle Martinez Clinic Director/ Physical Therapist
Janelle Martinez graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. She received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 2008. Her experience covers multiple settings from hospital, rehabilitation, home health and outpatient. Her treatment focus is mainly in outpatient orthopedics, treating post surgical, orthopedic and sports injuries. She is energized by helping patients achieve their highest potential and improve their quality of life as they recover from acute to chronic injuries and conditions through treatment and education. As a former Division one track and field athlete and a Black Belt, Janelle understands the value and importance of an active lifestyle and is committed to helping each patient achieve his or her best life.
Maureen McBeth Certified Lymphedema Therapist MPT, CLT-LANA
Maureen McBeth, MPT, CLT-LANA, is a nationally known lymphedema and cancer rehab specialist with over 21 years of experience as a physical therapist. She received her MPT at Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. While working at The University of Pennsylvania Health Systems, she received her Certified Lymphedema Training in 2004 from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy, where she is now a primary instructor. During the past 14 years, she has developed an extensive knowledge and understanding of the lymphatic system and the many diseases that develop as a result of impairment. Having worked along side many of the current thought leaders in the world of cancer rehab and lymphedema treatment, Maureen has developed a reputation for her passion and ability to provide the highest level of compassionate and evidenced based care for her patients. She enjoys traveling, photography, cooking and anything outdoors.
