Dwight Brown, PT, DPT Silver Spring Clinic Director

Dwight originally joined Forever Fit in August 2014 and served as clinic director of the Burtonsville site from December 2015- December 2016.  He then went on to joint the staff at Medstar NRH Rehab, Friendship Heights for a little over two years.  He returned to Forever Fit as clinic director of the Silver Spring location in May 2018.

He is a Jamaica native who grew up in Philadelphia and attended The George Washington University where he earned a bachelors in business administration degree with a focus on finance (2000) and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (2014). He developed a passion for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) as a physical therapy student and has been a certified Graston Technique Provider since early 2015.  He has received training from the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) in the application of PNF and soft tissue functional mobilization techniques. In addition, he has received extensive training in application of the Maitland technique and plans to sit for the Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) exam in 2019.  

Dwight has a special interest in conditions affecting the shoulders, hips and spine but has also worked with numerous knee, foot and ankle patients.  His goal while treating patients is to utilize the diversity of his treatment techniques to facilitate a customized approach that will lead to improvements in function for both athletic and general populations. He is a firm believer that with proper instruction and patient commitment the body can heal itself and that the skills and tools acquired during the rehab process can carryover into multiple real world scenarios for his patients.  His interests include football, weightlifting and yoga as well as spending time with his wife of eleven years and their one year old daughter.

Sara Richeson, PT, DPT Sara Richeson joined the company in 2013 after two years of experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics and skilled nursing facilities. Through this experience, she has discovered that orthopedics is where her passion lies an she is excited to join our team.  Sara graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of New England Portland Maine in 2011.  She is currently pursuing her CFMT through the Institute of Physical Art as she has developed a passion for PNF and functional training.  Sara became passionate about physical therapy as a teenage gymnast when physical therapy  helped her recover from three ankle surgeries.  She is very interested in developing an expertise in foot and ankle injuries.  Sara is enthusiastic about injury prevention, especially in the cheerleader and gymnast population with which she is so familiar.  

Sara is helping fill roles in different clinics this summer while preparing to help us open a new office this fall. Stay tuned for more details!

Sarah Buxbaum, PT, DPT

Sarah received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland, School  of Medicine. Sarah received her B.S. in Rehabilitation Science with a Minor in Bioengineering. Sarah enjoys using her engineering background to find and fix all  sources of a patient's limitations to help them have the most successful rehabilitation  possible. She believes it is important to give patients the knowledge and tools they  need to be active participants in therapy, including exercises tailored to each  individual's specific needs. Sarah is a Maryland native, and enthusiastically supports  her hometown Raven's and O's. She loves competing in sports, and has played  soccer, softball, lacrosse, badminton, and basketball. She is an avid runner, but   currently spends most of her spare time training for and playing Ultimate Frisbee.   She has been playing competitive Ultimate for 7 years, both regionally and internationally. 

Jason Kensky, PT, DPT 


Jason graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2007 with a B.S. in Kinesiology.  Physical therapy is a second career for Jason as he spent four years in sales, selling educational products and living in 10 different states all over the United States before attending physical therapy school in Boston. Jason earned is Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College, in Boston, Massachusetts in 2014, gaining experience working with adaptive athletes at Spaulding Rehabilitation in Boston.  Jason enjoys working with high school athletes and weekend warriors, helping them achieve their goals. Jason is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland and in his free time he enjoys hiking, softball, obstacle course racing, running half and full marathons, triathlons and playing with his dog, Copley.

Linda Quach, PT, DPT

Linda is a native of Rockville, Maryland and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Bioengineering, with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine. Her favorite hobbies include tennis, hiking, running, spending time with family/friends, and most recently, climbing. Linda was inspired to become a physical therapist through her passion and commitment of training in tennis. She defines physical therapy as a holistic way to embark on a journey with each patient, and help them achieve their goals. Linda enjoys working with a variety of patients and conditions, and believes it is important to empower patients to help them be active participants, achieve goals, and return to function or hobbies.
