Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness was founded in 2010 with the mission to provide a physical therapy experience that exceeded the patient’s expectations at every interaction. The founder, Krista Frederic, MPT, OCS was committed not only to providing treatments that were effective, efficient and supported by evidence and years of experience, but to creating a patient experience that exceeded expectations at every turn. She believes that a relaxed, comfortable patient is more receptive to healing, resulting in better outcomes and long-term health improvements.
To improve the health and well-being of our local communities through access to quality care, community education and amazing customer experience. We aim to become the “go to providers “ in our community for musculoskeletal pain and movement problems as well as lifestyle education.
Kiesha Montanez PT, DPT Clinical Director/Physical Therapist
Dr. Kiesha ‘Kie’ Montanez graduated magna cum laude from Salisbury University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. Kiesha then earned her Doctor of Physical
Therapy degree from University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She has been treating patients for
8 years, with all her experience in Orthopedic Outpatient Care. Dr. Montanez treats an array of
orthopedic diagnosis with an affinity for the shoulder. Dr. Montanez believes in using multiple
treatment services with an end goal of patients being more active outside of treatment and
learning how to be advocates for their own care. She is certified in Graston and can also
administer cupping techniques. Dr. Kie is warm, empathetic and enthusiastic. Outside of treating
she’s a true foodie at heart. She loves to read, listen to music and watch movies!
Janelle Martinez Clinic Director/ Physical Therapist
Janelle Martinez graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. She received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 2008. Her experience covers multiple settings from hospital, rehabilitation, home health and outpatient. Her treatment focus is mainly in outpatient orthopedics, treating post surgical, orthopedic and sports injuries. She is energized by helping patients achieve their highest potential and improve their quality of life as they recover from acute to chronic injuries and conditions through treatment and education. As a former Division one track and field athlete and a Black Belt, Janelle understands the value and importance of an active lifestyle and is committed to helping each patient achieve his or her best life.
Anne Coakley, PT Physical Therapist, Assistant Clinical Director
Anne Coakley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore. Anne has practiced Physical Therapy for 31 years. Twenty eight years has been dedicated to orthopedic population. Anne’s continuing education has been dedicated to all areas of patient treatment especially manual therapy. Anne particularly enjoys educating her patients for independence in self-management for her patient’s improved quality of life. Anne has lived in Maryland all of her life. She has enjoyed raising three children with her husband Jon. Traveling, long hikes with her husband and dog and any outdoor adventure keeps Anne active in her free time.
Barbara Huddleston Occupational Therapist OTR/L, CHT, CPAM
Barbara has been a Registered Occupational Therapist for over 25 years. She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Medical University of South Carolina in 1985 and earned her Certified Hand Therapist credentials in 1991. In 2010, she added a certification in Physical Agents and Modalities to her credentials. While Barb is experienced in the inpatient and Trauma settings, her love is treating tendon repairs and hand injuries in the outpatient setting. She also teaches people how to use prosthetics, including the I-limb.
