I hope you have all had a wonderful summer and are looking forward to the approach of autumn. It is my pleasure to announce that Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness has an exciting Fall season planned to celebrate our First Anniversary. Our first year has been a great success thanks to the support of our loyal patients and customers, local physicians, and the Burtonsville community. We thank you for the trust you place in us by sending your family and friends to receive services at Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness. We look forward to serving you for many years to come. Below you will find news about upcoming events that will help you maintain and improve your health during the upcoming fall season.
Our most exciting announcement is that Forever Fit Physical Therapy and Wellness will be opening a second location at Wellness for Life Fitness Centers inside The Ice Gardens on Old Gunpowder Road in October 2011. More information will follow in upcoming announcements.

- Fall Seminar Series: Lunch with the Physical Therapist. Forever Fit will present a different seminar topic on the second Friday each month. Lunch will be provided for attendees (space is limited to 15 people). Registration is required 24 hours in advance. Topics will be announced each month 2 weeks in advance.

- Forever Fit Launched a new website on September 1, 2011. The new website allows you to sign in and personalize the updates you receive from Forever Fit. In addition to receiving newsletters and announcements about upcoming events, you can also choose to receive articles about specific health conditions or injuries as they become available. Also, on our website is an injury guide that you can use to find reliable information about a large variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions.
- All you need to provide to create an account is your email address and first name. Simply go to www.foreverfitptw.com and click on the sign up for our newsletter button and provide your email address, First name and create a username.
- The new website will also send articles to our Facebook page twice weekly. To receive these articles, friend us on Facebook.
Forever Fit at local Health Fairs
Forever Fit is proud to be participating in several Health Fairs throughout the local community this fall. These are great events that have dozens local health and wellness providers present as well as local business. We will be providing free injury consultations and balance screenings at all of these eventsPlease come support these events.

- Other Vendors include Washington Adventist Hospital providing flu shots and Vitamin D testing, Block Chiropractic, a service dog demonstration by Fidos for Freedom, and several other community health practitioners and services.
